New trends in coffee

Coffee drinkers all over the world are turning more and more to Ethiopian Yirgacheffe as their drink of choice. Maybe it has something to do with the way the coffee beans are grown and harvested. Who knows?

In France, for example, a study found that, of the more than 2,000 participants in the study, 1,200 preferred the strong, winey taste of Yirgacheffe, while another Ethiopian bean, Sidamo, was a distant second, with 600 preferring its more subtle taste.
